1974 in the awash valley of the afar triangle in Ethiopia,africa paleo of the Cleveland museum of natural history in hutter, anthropologist Donald Johnson discoverd the first human skeleton. The skeleton is called AL288-1 or Lucy.

 It is a genus of homoinins called the genus australopithecus is the skeleton of the people. The structure of the skeleton is 40% female- like. But it is not clear whether race is fully male or female. It is about 3.2 Million years old. This skeleton has a skull similar to that of a non-human ape and the two-legged legs of human. Lucy may have lived to be 105 cm tall and the weight 27-35 kg, researchers say.

மனிதனின்‌ முதல் எலும்புக்கூடு

1974 ல் ஆப்ரிக்காவின், எத்தியோப்பியாவில் உள்ள அஃபார் முக்கோணத்தின் அவாஷ் பள்ளத்தாக்கில் உள்ள ஹடரில் கிளீவ்லன்ட் மியூசியம் ஆஃப் நேச்சுரல் ஹிஸ்டரியின் பேலியோ ஆந்த்ரோபாலஜிஸ்ட் டொனால்ட் ஜோன்சன் என்பவரால் கண்டுபிடிக்கப்பட்டது மனிதனின்‌ முதல் எலும்புக்கூடு. AL-2881 அல்லது லூசி என்றப் பெயரில் அந்த எலும்புக் கூடு அழைக்கப்படுகிறது. 

இது ஹோமினின் இனமான ஆஸ்ட்ராலோபிதேகஸ் என்ற பழங்குடி இன மக்களின் எலும்புக்கூடு ஆகும். இந்த எலும்புக்கூட்டின் அமைப்பு 40% பெண்ணைப் போன்றது. ஆனால் முழுமையாக பெண் இனமா இல்லை ஆண்இனமா என்று தெளிவாக தெரியவில்லை. இது சுமார் 3.2 மில்லியன் ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முந்தையது ஆகும். இந்த எலும்புக்கூடு மனிதன் அல்லாத குரங்கிற்கு நிகரான மண்டைஓட்டையும் மனிதர்களின் இரு கால் நிமிர்ந்த நடையும் கொண்டது. லூசி ஆனது 105 செ.மீ உயரமும்,27-35 கி.கி எடையுள்ளதாக வாழ்ந்திருக்கலாம் என்று ஆராய்ச்சியாளர்கள் கூறுகின்றனர்.
