Chrysomaloon Squamiferum,  usually a scally footed - snail or sea Bongolien , is a species of water - heated vent snail. It is a marine gastropod  mollusk in the PeldoSpiridae family. This species of snail only emerges from deep sea hot springs in the Indian Ocean, where it is found at the depths of 2,400 - 2,900 m.  In 2019, it was declared  endangered species by the IUCN red list.

This species is on the verge of due to deep sea mining and production of high quality minerals. Its outer shell is a unique structure, consisting of three layers and the  outer layer containing iron Sulfide. The middle layer is similar to the periosteum found in Aadhar gastropods. Also a inner shell made of  Arachonite. The foot is unusual, which shell's made of iron shielded at the side's. The snails Esophageal gland contains symbiotic Camoprotio bacteria, from which the snail receives its nutrients. 

Its heart is larger than any other animal in proportion. The heart is approximately 4 % of its body size. The shell of this snail can withstand a temperature of 750 degrees Fahrenheit. The body of this snail has scales, lives around in extreme heat, and it's protected by iron, which resembles a dragon.

செதில் கால் நத்தை

கிரிசோமல்லன் ஸ்குவாமிஃபெரம், பொதுவாக செதில் கால் நத்தை அல்லது கடல் பங்கோலின் என்பது நீர் வெப்ப வென்ட் நத்தையின் ஒரு இனமாகும். இது பெல்டோஸ்பிரிடே குடும்பத்தில் உள்ள கடல் காஸ்ட்ரோபாட்  மொல்லஸ்க் ஆகும். இந்த நத்தை இனமானது இந்திய பெருங்கடலில் உள்ள ஆழ்கடல் நீர் வெப்ப துவாரங்களில் இருந்து மட்டுமே வெளிப்படுகிறது, அங்கு அது 2, 400-2,900 மீட்டர் ஆழத்தில் காணப்படுகிறது. 2019 ஆம் ஆண்டில் இது, IUCN சிவப்புப் பட்டியலில் அழியும் அபாயத்தில் உள்ளதாக அறிவிக்கப்பட்டது. ஆழ் கடல் சுரங்கம் மற்றும் உயர்தர தாதுக்கள் உற்பத்தி செய்வதன் காரணமாக இந்த இனம் அழிவின் விளிம்பில் உள்ளது.

செதில் கால் நத்தை

இதன் வெளிப்புற ஓடு ஒரு தனித்துவமான கட்டுமானம், மூன்று அடுக்குகளைக் கொண்டது வெளிப்புற அடுக்கானது இரும்பு சல்பைடுகளை கொண்டது. நடுத்தர அடுக்கு மற்ற காஸ்ட்ரோபாட்டுகளில் காணப்படும் பெரியோஸ்ட்ரேகத்திற்கு சமமானதாகும். மேலும்  விளையாட்டுக்கு அரக்கோனைட்டால் ஆனது. பாதம் அசாதாரணமானது, இரும்பினால் செய்யப்பட்ட ஸ்கைலரட்டுகள் பக்கங்களில் கவசமாக உள்ளது. நத்தையின்  உணவுக்குழாய் சுரப்பியில் சிம்பியோடிக் காமாப்ரோட்டியோ பாக்டீரியாக்கள் உள்ளன, இதிலிருந்து நத்தை அதன் ஊட்டச் சத்தை பெறுகிறது. 

அதன் இதயம், விகிதாச்சாரத்தில் ஒப்பிடும் பொழுது மற்ற எந்த விலங்கையும் விட பெரியது.  இதயம் அதன் உடல் அளவில் தோராயமாக 4% ஆகும்.  

இந்த நத்தையின் ஓடானது 750 டிகிரி பாரன்ஹீட் வெப்ப நிலையை தாங்கக் கூடியதாகவும். 

இந்த நத்தையின் உடலில் செதில்கள் உள்ளன, தீவிர வெப்பத்தை சுற்றி வாழ்கறது, இரும்பின் மூலம் பாதுகாக்கப்படுகிறது, இது ஒரு டிராகன் போன்றது.
